Property / microlocation description
How to find us if you arrive in the harbour. You have to go towards the Franciscian monastery on the east. We are on the other side of the wall of monastery, above the pine wood.

The house is about 200 m away from the center, the nearest grocery shop is 50 m away, the nearest restaurant is 25 m away. Extra services: you can do the loundry in our house (10 eur).
Pets are not allowed.

Note:
apartment Maslina is possible to add an extra room (separate beds) ,which is shown in the AP.Oleandar. In that case AP.Maslina became AP(4+1).

bedroom (separate beds, they can be joined), with extra bathroom and toilet (LOVOR).

Note:
apartment Lavanda is possible to be AP(2) because the other room (LOVOR)) has an extra entrance, so they can be used as two separate accomodation. That room
has a dormer-window without sea view, ventilator on the ceiling and TV+SAT.

| Note: The house has its own parking.Because of the limited number of the parking lots, in the high season (16.7.-25.8.) we can't guarantee you'll have a free parking place if you don't make a reservation first.In that case you have to pay 5 eur daily for less than 7 days,for 7 days 25 eur, and for more than 7 days on agreement. If you want to make a reservation, you have to pay about 25% on our account which I'll send you on your request.You have to pay the rest of the money in 24 hours after your arrival. |
