THE PRICE INCLUDES:
-the residence tax, use of electricity/water, air conditioning (cooling/heating), change of sheets once a week, change of towels every 3 days, parking place and final cleaning.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: 20 % deposit is required to confirm the booking
* the rest to be paid upon arrival ( we do not deal with the credit cards )
* the short term stays ( up to 4 days) will be charged 25% more in the period 01.07.-31.08.
